COVENTRY VACANCIES
Supporters Relations Officer
Barnabas Fund, an international Christian charity, is urgently looking for a full-time Supporters Relations Officer for its office in Coventry.
This is a great opportunity for a confident administrator, with good skills, competence with computers, especially Microsoft Word software, and a meticulous eye for detail. The main area of responsibility would be to acknowledge incoming donations and correspondence with our supporters. Good telephone manner is essential as well as ability to work well as part of a team. Experience of using a database is a bonus.
Salary is dependent on experience.
WILTSHIRE VACANCIES
Fundraising and Development Officer
Are you an experienced and dynamic fundraiser, looking for a new challenge? Then this might be the role for you. We are looking for a Fundraising and Development Manager to raise the profile of Barnabas Fund amongst the Christian community in the UK and overseas.
Networking with existing and seeking new supporters, you will develop new creative ideas to attract prayer and support for the persecuted Church around the world. A successful candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic, a good organiser and motivator, able to carry out projects to conclusion within deadlines; have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work under pressure, be a team player.
You will be a University graduate, committed to our charitable cause and passionate to alleviate the plight of our suffering brothers and sisters.
Operations Administrator
We are urgently looking for an experienced administrator to assist with the running of Barnabas Fund International Headquarters, to include the following tasks:
• organising international and local conferences and other events
• liaising with other UK and overseas offices and Regional Coordinators on logistics and admin matters
• Site Management for our main Wiltshire premises
• being the main contact person for contactors
• to draw up, develop and implement common policies and monitor adherence to such across all Barnabas Fund offices
• to ensure coordination between different departments of the Fund
You will be a University graduate, good team player, quick learner and have a “can do” attitude, thriving under pressure.
