“The situation in South Sudan is like that in Zimbabwe, though South Sudan is still coronavirus free. Yesterday, High Level Taskforce for COVID 19 decided to close all businesses, except shops selling food items. Yet, those who do small businesses are the ones who buy food. No alternatives are in place to provide food to those whose businesses are stopped. This is a potential humanitarian disaster.”
