What will you be doing:

Working within the Projects department of Barnabas Aid dealing directly with project partners worldwide to process detailed project proposals for funding at Committee level and monitor the use of grants given.

This is a role for someone who loves to learn, who is interested in the global scene and likes interacting with people from a variety of cultures. Your summary of duties involve:

  • Proven work experience in project administration, administration, or similar role.
  • Experience in project management/administration, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret proposals, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong knowledge of AIMS is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

You will be working within our Projects team at our BF Headquarters in Pewsey. This is an office-based role.
